2. Then open the photo before you save into Photoshop via the menu command File> Open. Once the picture is in Photoshop, double-click the background layer to convert the background layer to normal layer. You can also just rename the layer as layer "Dance"

Now select the menu Layer> Layer Style> Outer Glow.

16. Select the Eraser Tool (E) and erase some of the lines indicated by the arrows in the figure below that line is shown wrapped around the body of the dancer.
For the latter, create another new layer by clicking on the icon Create a new layer and position it above the layer in the layer "Line".
Name the layer "Light"..
17. Choose Brus Tool (B) or soft-edged Brush which treats brackish feed value of 0%. Create some sort of ball of light blue and orange.
18. Select Menu Filter> Blur> Gaussian Blur
And give it a value of 25px Radius. Do not forget to click OK.
